They told her yesterday they would finally be getting the part from Ft Worth today and she could finally pick up her car today. That was 3 MONTHS AGO, and her new car is still sitting at Auto Web Expo with no estimated time of when they are going to have it repaired! They keep giving her the run around, tons of excuses. So she turned around and immediately took it back not even an hour later. I am seriously disgusted with how this place has treated my sister! When she left the parking lot with her new SUV, the backup screen wouldn’t turn on. Todd is the only exception to this situation. I could have easily replaced the tire myself, but thought since they replaced it brand new they could have easily replaced it and made it right. I gave them a chance, but yet failed to help out a customer. It’s sad to see a big nice dealership have that kind of low quality service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and yet they let me down for a simple tire fix. Tomorrow marks a week about this situation and yet have not been contacted. I called the next day and was given the run around once again. I was told I would be receiving a phone call, but never did that day. I called that same day and let them know about the situation and see if they could help us out since it was supposedly replaced new.

I took it to the Ford dealership and was advised I had a bad rear passenger tire. I had an inconvenience with the whole sales team in regards to a tire that was supposedly replaced brand new prior before picking it up. Fatima was never able to be reached who sold us the vehicle and yet is the sales manager so that speaks volume. Unfortunately that was all we got help with. Friendly, very helpful throughout the process. Todd was the only person that helped us out during our purchase. BEWARE of this dealership and do not give them your business.

As this is a $1600 fix I will keep messaging this dealership until they do the right thing and pay for this fix as they said they would. It is now August 12 and after multiple times calling, texting and emailing Joseph and Maryam I have heard NOTHING. So, I did and sent them the quote July 28th. After calling the dealership and letting them know the back fender was broke, they asked me to go get a quote. I was told by my salesperson, Joseph that dents were being taken out that’s why I was delayed on getting my car. After inspecting my car the back fender was broke and there were dents all in the tailgate. I live 30 miles out of town and the Expedition came with 15 miles till empty on gas. There were crumbs everywhere, and nothing was wiped down. The buttons on the steering wheel were sticky where you couldn’t press anything without the buttons getting stuck.

Upon receiving my vehicle 8 days later, the inside and outside were NOT clean.

One WEEK later I still hadn’t received my vehicle OR heard any kind of update after messaging multiple times to get the status on it. After purchasing my Expedition I was told it would be delivered in 3-4 days. If I could rate a ZERO I would! Everything was dealt online as I’m 10 hours from this dealership.
